Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Current Health Card per state requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, and write in English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure satisfaction on duty.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed timely.
• Help train and develop individuals moving into leadership roles.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and enforce company policies.
• Assist leadership in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Keep upper management informed about issues at the restaurant.
