Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager at Taco Bell in Olathe to own restaurant operations on duty and drive 5-star customer service. You will lead a team, coach for growth, and act as MIC to ensure policy compliance and smooth shift execution.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed on time.
• Develop and train individuals interested in leadership roles.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Communicate issues to upper leadership promptly.
