Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed.
• Train and develop individuals aiming for leadership roles.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and uphold policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with restaurant financial goals (P&L).
• Communicate issues to upper management in a timely manner.
