Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) seeks a hands-on General Manager for a Taco Bell location in Mission, KS. You will mentor a team, drive world-class operations, and ensure exceptional customer experience while achieving maximum profitability.

The GM leads training, staffing, P&L management, and adherence to ServSafe standards. You’ll foster DRG’s culture, enforce policies, and partner with Area Coach and DO to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and ServSafe certification.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities
