Royal City Bell, LLC (Franchisee of Taco Bell) seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Kansas. You will ensure 5-star customer service, coach team members, and act as MIC to uphold company standards during your shift.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership, strong communication, basic math, and the ability to pass background checks and SERVSAFE certification. Health card and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and SERVSAFE Certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Health Card as required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across shifts.
• Train and develop individuals interested in leadership roles; provide feedback.
• Act as MIC and uphold company policies and standards.
• Assist with restaurant financial goals and P&L management.
• Keep upper leadership informed about on-site issues.
