HMSHost is seeking a Manager I to support branch management in fast-paced QSR or restaurant settings. This role ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operating to high standards using prescribed policies.

The Manager I will assist in supervision, scheduling, and ordering for units as needed. Key responsibilities include opening/closing routines, supervising staff, contributing to hiring decisions, and maintaining health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years food & beverage experience.
• Cash handling and customer service experience.
• 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined unit.
• Participates in hiring decisions and schedules planning.
• Assigns work tasks and reviews shifts to ensure coverage.
• Ensures compliance with safety and health standards and policies.
