Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is hiring a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations on assigned shifts and drive guest satisfaction at multiple locations. You will oversee team direction when management isn’t present and ensure adherence to safety, cash, and inventory controls.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, coaching ability, and strong integrity in a fast-paced environment while managing P&L, costs, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts.
• Maintain full accountability for restaurant operations when management is not present.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Utilize AES systems to run the restaurant across all shifts.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
