Job summary

AES Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guest satisfaction on assigned shifts. You will be responsible for directing team members and ensuring smooth service in coordination with the General/Assistant Manager.

You will manage training, use AES systems for daily operations, and enforce cash and inventory controls while aiming for high performance across service and financial metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during shifts and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members and assist management with training.
• Utilize AES systems to run the restaurant effectively on all shifts.
• Enforce restaurant controls including cash handling and inventory management.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
