Sonic Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a high-volume drive-in during shifts. The role focuses on directing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding standards.

This nonexempt position requires supervising all station duties, managing labor costs, and maintaining compliance with policies and laws. Minimum six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management is required; strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in

• At least six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience.
• Basic computer, math, and reading skills are expected.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Train, manage, direct, coach, lead, and assign drive-in employees during shift.
• Lead drive-in operations during shift to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels during shift.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Handle escalation of guest issues during shift.
• Handle escalation of employee issues during shift.
• Monitor and manage food, labor, paper, and inventory during shift to maximize cost-control and efficiency.
• Assist with drive-in records preparation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Perform station duties as necessary during shift.
• Conduct regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
