Sonic Drive-In in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations and supervise a team across all shift activities, ensuring smooth service.

You will train, coach, and direct employees, manage staffing levels, open/close duties, and escalate guest or staff issues as needed to maintain exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires knowledge of labor laws, strong communication, and a focus on cost-control, quality standards, and adherence to company policies.

Formación

• Six months restaurant management experience or one year retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and cost-control.
• Ability to train, coach, and direct employees.

Responsabilidades

• Train, manage, direct, coach, lead, and assign drive-in employees during shift.
• Lead operations during shift to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Monitor staffing levels during shift.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Escalate guest issues and employee issues as needed.
• Monitor food, labor, inventory to maximize cost-control and quality standards.
• Maintain drive-in records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Perform all station duties as necessary to meet standards.
• Regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
