Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing levels during shift.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Handle guest issues/escalations during shift.
• Handle employee issues/escalations.
• Monitor costs and operational efficiency and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of drive-in records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Perform all station duties as necessary during shift.
• Perform sanitation duties and regular attendance.
