Job summary

Golden Gate Bell, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations while on duty. You will motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service, train staff for future leadership roles, and act as the Manager-in-Charge to maintain policy adherence.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, strong communication skills, and is prepared to contribute to the restaurant’s financial goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed on time.
• Participate in training and development for future leaders.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Communicate issues to upper leadership promptly.
