Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Must read, write and speak English; basic math proficiency.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and SERVSAFE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet duties on shift.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and uphold company policies.
