Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on duty, ensuring 5-star customer service and smooth daily operations.

The role leads team members, coaches performance, and collaborates with AGM/GM/Area Coach to meet service standards and financial goals while maintaining compliance with policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months to 1 year in restaurant leadership, English literacy, and able to pass background checks and SERVSAFE certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must maintain a current Health Card as required locally.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and SERVSAFE certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across shifts.
• Develop team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management and financial goals.
• Communicate issues to upper leadership promptly.
