Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction as top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed on time.
• Train and develop aspiring leaders; provide constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and uphold company policies and standards.
• Assist in achieving restaurant financial goals (P&L support).
• Communicate issues to upper leadership promptly.
