Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts is preferred.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, and write English clearly.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction on duty.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed on time.
• Train and develop team members aspiring to leadership roles.
• Act as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and enforce company policies and standards.
• Support upper management in achieving restaurant financial goals.
