Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be able to pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed.
• Train and develop individuals interested in leadership roles.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist leadership in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Keep upper management informed about issues at the restaurant.
