The role requires 18+ years of age, restaurant leadership experience, and SERVSAFE certification readiness. Expect a dynamic, hands-on environment with opportunities for growth and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card per state/local requirements.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and SERVSAFE certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and lead the restaurant during shifts.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Train and develop individuals seeking leadership roles; provide constructive feedback.
• Act as MIC and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assist upper management with achieving restaurant financial goals and communicate issues to leadership.
