Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Planning for each shift
• Monitoring performance and ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a successful shift
• Meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned Departments meet their goals

As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for

Requirements
