This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and is solely responsible for hiring, firing, and all employment matters at the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts each week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare a great shift.
- May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate owned restaurant.
