Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for every customer.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Plan each shift and monitor performance throughout, taking action to keep the team on target.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the following shift.
• Support department goals and help achieve targets during your shift.
