Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, and daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Manage crew, quality food production, scheduling, and training.
• Monitor performance during shifts, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, and maintain safety, security, and profitability.
