Description
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.

Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality environments.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned restaurants.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
