Job summary

Sv Bmore Llc is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during your shift. You will schedule staff, supervise team members, and assign duties to ensure smooth service and satisfaction. A strong leader with restaurant experience is ideal.

You will train staff, lead customer service, resolve complaints, uphold health and safety rules, and report outcomes to management. Prior food service and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS and restaurant mgmt software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• SERVSAFE Food Handler's Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact.
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management.
