Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to support site management in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will oversee shifts, manage inventory, and ensure safety, quality, and timely order fulfillment in a warehouse environment, with some locations including light food prep.

You will lead Operations Associates, coordinate daily tasks, and uphold a positive, high‑performing team culture while driving a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse or retail is preferred.
• Willing to obtain a food handling certificate (DoorDash training provided).

Responsibilities

• Be the Owner of shifts, overseeing warehouse/kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Delight customers by ensuring accurate orders and smooth Dasher pickups.
• Lead Operations Associates to work safely and productively as the point of escalation.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks, engaging team members and customers professionally.
• Suggest improvements to enhance quality and customer experience.
