Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to support local fulfillment center operations. You will manage shift activities, oversee inventory, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role may involve light kitchen prep in certain sites. Ideal candidates have food/beverage, warehouse, or retail experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable leading a team while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; able to lift up to 50 lbs; able to stand for long periods
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail environments preferred
• May require food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training)
• Candidates should be organized, dependable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets in day-to-day tasks

Responsibilities

• Be an Owner: own assigned shifts and manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training
• Delight Customers by ensuring orders are accurate and communications with customers are clear
• Lead Operations Associates and guide them through each shift
• One Team One Fight: support both warehouse and kitchen with a positive, safe atmosphere
• Explore opportunities to improve operations and customer experience
