Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for its DashMart local fulfillment center. You will own shifts, supervise warehouse and light kitchen operations, manage inventory and assets, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

You will guide Operations Associates, ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, communicate with customers when issues arise, and contribute to ongoing improvements to quality and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs; operate pallet jack as needed.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• Comfort with fast-paced, physical environments and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Maintain inventory and assets; ensure proper storage and loss prevention.
• Lead Operations Associates through shifts; ensure safety and productivity; act as escalation point.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks; lead by example and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
