Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated Shift Lead for DashMart's local fulfillment center. You will oversee order fulfillment in a warehouse environment, manage inventory, and in some locations assist with light-prep kitchen tasks to ensure fast, accurate service.

You will own shifts, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience for Dashers and customers alike.

Responsibilities

• Be an Owner: take ownership of shifts, warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training
• Delight Customers: ensure orders are accurate, communicate issues, and smooth Dasher pickups
• Lead: guide Operations Associates to work safely and productively and escalate daily issues
• One Team One Fight: support warehouse and kitchen tasks, lead by example, maintain a safe atmosphere
• Help improve operations: contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience
