Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to support site management in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will oversee shifts, manage inventory, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a warehouse and light-prep kitchen setting.

You will lead a team, maintain safe operations, and contribute to continuous improvements in quality and customer experience. This role requires physical stamina and a flexible schedule, with benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Self-motivated, positive, team player with integrity.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack/hand truck.
• Able to obtain/maintain food handling certificate (training provided).
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Organized and proficient in Google Docs/Sheets.
• Flexible schedule with availability for multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, and protect assets.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates to ensure safety and productivity, serve as escalation point.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks, engage with team and customers for quality service.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
