Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage local fulfillment center shifts, oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, and uphold safety, quality, and training standards.

You will guide Operations Associates, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain a positive, safe work environment while collaborating with teams and customers. Strong time-management and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• You are self-motivated and a team player with good attitude.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to obtain food handling certificate (training provided).
• High school diploma or GED; college diploma is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts and manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Lead Operations Associates and serve as escalation point for daily operations.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers as needed.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and promote a safe, productive environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
