Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts. You will be the senior squad member on shift, ensuring tasks are completed, guest experiences are outstanding, and operations run smoothly.

You will adapt to the needs of the restaurant and squad, sometimes leading and sometimes supporting, always keeping the MOD experience at the forefront of your efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentor, trainer, or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coaching with compassion.
• Calming presence in periods of high volume.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Proficient written and oral communication.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the right squad member is in the right place; update Deployment Charts.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment, including online ordering and customer review systems.
• Use MOD tools to ensure food safety in Back and Front of House.
• Listen, address concerns, and escalate issues as needed to leadership.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately, including making change and refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Adhere to opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Regularly review email communications for squad guidance.
