Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures Church’s menu items are prepared and served to standard.
• Ensures team members carry out assigned tasks.
• Assists team members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Oversees opening and closing duties on Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follows proper product procedures for all menu items.
• Manages receiving, handling, and storage of food products with proper rotation and icing.
