Church's Chicken in Tennessee is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to guide Team Members on shift, coach them, and ensure outstanding customer experience. You will monitor service, uphold food safety, and drive efficiency to meet brand standards.

As a leader, you will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and paperwork accuracy, while enforcing policies and ensuring a clean, compliant operation. The role includes completing the Shift Leader certification and contributing to team development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Manages shift assignments and activities for Team Members.
• Assists Team Members to prepare quality products, provide service, and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensures safety and security policies are enforced.
• Follows opening and closing duties and Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Maintains proper product procedures and food handling, storage, and rotation.
• Maintains professional leadership behaviors at all times.
• Ensures on-time attendance by each employee for shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
