Responsibilities

Monitors prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
Ensures menu products are prepared and served to standard procedures.
Ensures team members follow assigned tasks and activities.
Assists team members to prepare quality products, provide service, and maintain cleanliness.
Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
Follows proper opening and closing duties on shift checklists.
Adheres to product procedures for all menu items and proper storage/icing.
Maintains professional leadership behaviors and on-time attendance.
