Job summary

Church's Chicken in Tennessee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide restaurant operations and coach Team Members toward delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role requires ensuring compliance with Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures while maintaining quality and service standards.

As a shift leader you will monitor, train, and support Team Members, enforce safety and cash handling protocols, and help drive clean, efficient restaurant operations on your shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is preferred.
• ServSafe food safety training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu items are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Ensures team members are assigned and perform their duties.
• Assists staff to prepare quality products and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Works opening/closing duties per Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follows proper product procedures for preparation and storage of all menu items.
• Maintains professional leadership behaviors and on-time attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
