Church's Chicken is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to guide Team Members on shift, ensuring coaching, training, and development to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Lead by example, enforce policies, and maintain compliance with **Church’s** operating standards.

This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to quality service. Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring accurate cash handling, inventory, payroll entries, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and coaching on shift.
• Ensure menu products are prepared and served to standard procedures.
• Oversee team assignments and ensure tasks are carried out.
• Assist team members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper procedures for staff to follow.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties per Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follow food handling, storage, and rotation procedures.
• Maintain professional leadership and ensure on-time attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
