Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching, training and development to shift Team Members.
• Ensures compliance with Church's policies and procedures.
• Monitors customer service to be prompt, friendly and courteous.
• Ensures menu items are prepared according to standard procedures.
• Oversees opening and closing duties and POS procedures.
• Maintains cash handling and security procedures.
