Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, deposits, and controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members and execute brand standards.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including food and beverage preparation.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and coach team members.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
