Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Team Members during shifts, drive Brand standards, and help meet store goals in a fast-paced environment. You will assign tasks, provide feedback, and support food/beverage prep to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift, including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support training of team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Communicate with next Shift Leader to prepare them for their shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies; resolve issues quickly.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure adherence to cash policies.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and policy adherence.
