Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members, uphold brand standards, and deliver excellent guest service during each shift. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in meeting goals, deploy staff resources, and maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, and possess basic computer skills. Fluency in English and prior leadership in retail/food service are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift, including food and beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to the team.
• Complete shift deployment plans to adequately cover positions.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resources.
• Support training of team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Prepare the next Shift Leader for the upcoming shift.
• Handle customer complaints, conflicts and emergencies promptly.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure adherence to cash policies.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and policy compliance.
