Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members and execute brand standards during each shift. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to ensure great guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the Restaurant Manager, manage shift deployment, handle customer issues, and uphold food safety and cash-handling policies. Previous restaurant leadership is a plus; 18+ years old and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and provide timely feedback.
