Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensure Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience in the Gahanna, OH area. You will set goals, assign duties, and provide timely feedback to support team success while maintaining safety and sanitation compliance.

The role requires English fluency, prior supervisory experience in a restaurant/retail setting, basic computer skills, and at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience supervising restaurant staff is preferred.
• Solid math and writing abilities are needed for accurate reporting and instruction.
• Basic computer literacy is expected for POS and scheduling tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching crew members throughout the shift to meet Brand standards and guest expectations.
• Set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to achieve operational targets.
• Foster a respectful team environment and communicate priorities and results.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines and local laws.
• Drive sales, execute marketing initiatives, and manage cash over/short.
