Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members to meet brand standards.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and execution.
• Ensure brand standards are met during shift, including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to cover all positions.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to team members.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resources.
• Support training of team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to hand off responsibilities.
