Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts by setting the example through positive leadership and exceptional customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience while ensuring every customer receives a 'Sub Above' experience.
• Prepare fresh, high-quality subs and ensure food is made to Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members throughout each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and minimizing food waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
