• Prepare fresh subs following Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members each shift.
• Assist training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution including opening and closing duties.
• Assist with inventory, rotation, and minimize food waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
