Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and great customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure 'Sub Above' service.
• Prepare subs per Jersey Mike's standards and maintain food quality.
• Coach and motivate Crew Members, assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and waste minimization.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily ops.
