Job summary

You will supervise staff, train teammates, supervise food service, handle cash controls, and uphold safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in food service or retail management preferred.
• ANSI-certified Food Safety Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and act as PIC when needed.
• Coach team members to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Oversee food service programs, product quality, and store cleanliness.
