Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee store operations on duty, acting as the PIC when a senior leader is not present. You will support customer service, food service execution, safety, and vendor care while driving sales and ensuring standards.

The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and the ability to coach staff, manage shift tasks, and maintain compliance with SOPs. Baltimore/Laurel, DE area may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations as PIC when senior leader is absent.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

• Maintain safety, compliance, and adherence to SOPs.
• Execute food and beverage programs and maintain quality standards.
• Complete store side work and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
