CVS Health Corporation seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are away, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and maintain smooth operations to promote a positive CVS customer experience.

You will supervise crew, handle merchandise presentation, and respond to customer inquiries while ensuring confidentiality and safety.

Qualificações

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Support store management to drive store execution and customer service excellence.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, and communicate with management and staff.
• Assist customers and resolve issues per company policy.
• Maintain stock, price merchandise, and execute displays and seasonal merchandise.
