Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Waukee, IA is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and day-to-day operations.

This role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership; bilingual candidates are encouraged. Knowledge of automotive parts and customer service programs will help drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain RSS Certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No).
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures including securing money and deposits.
